Après un parcours dans l’hôtellerie internationale ou il à occupé plusieurs postes, Paul ouvre le restaurant LSD de SHENZHEN soucieux de l’accueil et du Décor, son restaurant propose des salons particuliers à l’étage et des espaces de convivialités très moderne.
Sa cuisine est faite d’accords inédits et nouvelles saveurs. Sur sa carte également les grands classiques de la cuisine du sud de la Chine qu’il revisite avec malice.
Ce cuisinier innovant est entouré d’une brigade très compétente, avec laquelle j’ai eu l’occasion de réaliser un diner de gala de 80 personnes. Chef d’entreprise orienté vers l’avenir, il prépare d’autres ouvertures de restaurants avec un regard nouveau sur la restauration chinoise.
